NEW LANE ARRANGEMENT AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE
To help ease congestion during the morning drop-off period, we will be introducing a new traffic lane arrangement at the School's front entrance, effective as of Monday, 26th May.
Each morning, traffic cones will be strategically placed to separate lanes specifically for RST and the Wisdom Physical Therapy Clinic. If you are dropping off your child at RST, please ensure you use the left-hand lane. For all parents entering and exiting the premises, we kindly request that you follow the proper procedures as indicated.
This new system has been designed to significantly improve traffic flow and make the morning drop-off process smoother and safer for our entire School community. A visual guide illustrating these changes can be viewed in the photographs below.

CHARITY FUNDRAISER
Last Friday, our Levée committee successfully organised a fundraising charity event in memory of Pup, a cherished former student of our School who sadly passed away following a brain stroke. In tribute to Pup, the School community participated in a non-uniform day with a pink theme, his favourite colour.
Through the incredible generosity and support of our School community, this initiative successfully raised more than 31,000 baht. These funds will be donated to the Brain Stroke Centre at Chulalongkorn Hospital. This contribution will support vital ongoing research into brain stroke treatment and prevention, work that holds the potential to save lives in the future.
Pup left an incredible and lasting mark on all who knew him and will be dearly remembered and loved by his friends, family and the wider Rugby School community. May he rest in peace; he will never be forgotten.
For those who wish to make a donation, contributions are welcome via the QR code provided on the event poster.

FAREWELL
We will be saying goodbye to two staff members in the Summer as they move on to pastures new; Miss Debbie and Miss Naomi.

Miss Debbie joined us in August 2020 as Head of Reception and after navigating the unique challenges of the pandemic, she settled in and poured her energy into her passion for Maths. Throughout her time with us, Miss Debbie has made a huge impact in our Pre-Prep School, greatly enriching the learning experiences for our students, staff and parents in this area. Our Reception year group has especially benefited from her wonderful knowledge and expertise and we wish her all the best as she embarks on a new chapter teaching Year 5 students at a school in Bangkok.

Miss Naomi joined us during the COVID pandemic and spent her early months teaching online. When our School reopened, we were truly fortunate to draw upon her fantastic knowledge of continuous provision in Year 1. She has made a huge impact, helping us to really transform the learning environment. Our beautiful natural resources and calm learning spaces are now well-established, a true reflection of Miss Naomi’s Early Years knowledge and experience. We wish her all the best as she moves on to an exciting new challenge as Foundation and KS1 Phase Leader in Malaysia.
