PERFORMING ARTS SHOW
Last week, our Pre-Prep stage came alive with a captivating Performing Arts Showcase, featuring talented children from Reception to Year 4. This event proudly displayed the skills developed through our after-school activity programmes in dance and music.

The show began with two beautiful vocal performances from our Singing Club, expertly led by Miss Pook. Following this, the stage was graced by impressive individual performances on piano, violin and voice. The vibrant dance segments, encompassing ballet, hip hop and street dance, were a testament to the dedicated instruction provided by our Dance teachers, Khun Mod, Khun Beau and Khun Ford.

Congratulations to all the students for their hard work, exceptional effort and for performing with such confidence before a large and appreciative audience.

YEAR 1 CLASS ASSEMBLY
Yesterday, our Year 1 Turtles and Flamingos classes captivated their parents with a vibrant showcase of their Topic and Talk for Writing learning. It was an inspiring and colourful demonstration of their understanding of animal groups.

Embodying a 'Go for it Gorilla' spirit, all children confidently and proudly shared their knowledge about mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish. They presented fascinating facts and information about these animal groups, highlighting the unique features of their favourite animals, including tigers, flamingos, turtles, salamanders and sharks. This truly showcased their outstanding creativity and comprehension.

The performance concluded with a memorable, collective rendition of their own interpretation of ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’, featuring catchy lyrics and rhythmic drumming, which had everyone singing along.

Well done to all the children in Turtles and Flamingos classes for their brilliant performance. Thank you also, to their 'Proud Peacock' families who came to support them.

SPORTS UPDATE

Our students continue to shine both on and off the field, with another weekend packed full of exciting sporting events, culminating a successful season of teamwork, development and achievement.

Amino Vital Mini Marlin Mayhem 2025
This past weekend marked a significant milestone for our youngest swimmers at the Amino Vital Mini Marlin Mayhem 2025. A total of 50 RST swimmers participated, showcasing remarkable growth and determination throughout the event.

Throughout the competition, our students achieved numerous personal best times and were awarded with well-deserved medals. Beyond these tangible achievements, the most invaluable outcome was the unforgettable experience each swimmer gained, fostering both enhanced skill and strong camaraderie.

We extend our congratulations to all swimmers who took part in this meet. Your dedication and sportsmanship continue to be a source of great pride for our school.

Internal Golf Tournament
To mark the successful conclusion of the season, we recently hosted an internal golf tournament at Pattana Sports Resort. The event was characterised by both spirited competition and enjoyable camaraderie, ensuring all participants experienced a memorable day on the course.

This year, the IGST (Internal Golf Skills Training) programme has proven to be a resounding success, effectively uniting students of all skill levels and cultivating a genuine passion for golf. The tournament served as a fitting celebration of the programme's achievements and the dedication of our student golfers.

U13 RST Football Invitational
Despite the wet and challenging conditions, our U13 students delivered an outstanding display during the recent RST Football Invitational.

Our girls' team, despite facing limited numbers due to a concurrent touch rugby event, gave commendable performances throughout the tournament and secured a well-deserved third place following a victory over MIS (Mooltripakdee International School).

The boys' team, competing in a 9 v 9 format, demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork to progress to the final against RIS (Ruamrudee International School) - a formidable opponent they had previously drawn with in the group stages. In a tense and exciting final match, RST emerged victorious with a decisive 1-0 win, proudly being crowned champions. This remarkable result caps off an exceptional year for the team, which has seen them win three tournaments and reach several finals.

U11 Co-ed, U13 and U15 BISA Touch Rugby Tournament
We recently hosted our first large-scale touch rugby tournament, an event that saw over 35 students enthusiastically participate across the U11 co-ed, U13 and U15 categories. The tournament proved to be a tremendous success, serving as a powerful showcase of the leadership, team spirit and camaraderie among our students.

For a debut competition, the results were truly fantastic: our U11 team secured a commendable third place, and the U13 girls' team achieved a well-deserved second place. This invaluable experience has laid a solid foundation for the continued growth and development of touch rugby at our School in the coming seasons. We look forward to seeing the programme flourish further.

This past week's events have truly reflected the passion, progress, and perseverance of our students and dedicated coaching staff. Whether through spirited competition or invaluable camaraderie, RST sport continues to offer enriching and rewarding experiences for all involved.

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to these successes.
